Take castor oil in a small bowl and warm it a little. Using your fingers, massage the oil over the warts. Perform this treatment twice a day for two weeks to see the results. You will see considerable improvement in the appearance of warts after the first week itself. Continue the treatment for a week after the warts disappear. This will ensure that the virus does not come back.
Take a medium sized potato and peel it. Wash the potato with fresh water and use a soft cloth to gently dry it. Cut the potato into small pieces and rub the pieces on the warts.
This treatment should be done 3-4 times a day to get rid of the warts completely. You can also apply potato juice on the warts and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
Onions are the best treatment known for warts of all types. Rubbing thin onion slices on the warts will help in their removal. The strong chemical present in the onions is beneficial for getting rid of warts. You can even apply onion puree directly on the warts to treat them. Use a mildly fragranced soap to get rid of the pungent odor of onions.
Do not use onion for treating facial warts. Onion juice has strong chemical composition that can damage the sensitive skin of the face. Onions are best used for removal of warts from hands and feet.
Dandelion roots have been used since centuries to help deal with various skin problems. Mash roots of 10-12 dandelion flowers. Mix the roots with a little water to form a smooth paste. Apply the paste on the warts and remove after 20 minutes with the help of cold water. This treatment should be repeated twice a day for two weeks to help in complete removal of warts. The treatment can be used for facial warts as well.
