Advantages of Massage
Here the point under discussion is primarily herbal oil/massage which is a part of general massage and the advantages derived from massaging which are as follows.

Massage is not a therapeutic method to cure or treat any disorder. It is simply a method to accelerate rejuvenate, repair the wasted tissues, rebuild energy and enhance functional mobility of body organs. If the body has been properly massaged and more emphasis is laid on more fatigued and ailing body parts, it is natural to feel lighter, painless and happier after the massage.
It is wrong to conclude the massage is possible through application of oils on the body and their absorption by hand manipulation. This is simply one aspect of massage therapy. There are many other techniques practised the word over, such as Acupressure, Reflexology, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Indian Panchakarma and head massage, Swedish/western massage, facial massage. Ingam Reflex method of reflex massage, Thai massage, Aston Patterning, Metaphoric technique in Naturopathy, polarity therapy etc. In India it is generally opined that the masseur benefits more than the patient whom he massages, though it should not be constructed the patient does not get any benefit. We can derive a conclusion that if one is in a position of massaging by himself, he will derive optimum benefits.
Be careful not to massage your body under certain disordered body conditions earlier. Massage is no substitute for all body ills nor is it a sure way to health, nor can it replace traditional system is it a sure way to health, nor can it replace traditional system of medicine, but it well certainly help you to relax your body limbs, your body as a whole, dispel mental and physical fatigue, remove and aid in general body upkeep, do away with pains and aches, improve your general mobility, push up digestion, restore normally of bowels, improve your circulation and respiratory process and, all giving you a welcome feeling of well-being and betterment.
