It’s not much time back, when our fore fathers used to do or rather have to do physical work to earn their piece of bread. They had to work hard in fields to plough the barren earth and then make it fertile so that they can sow seeds to draw crops out of it. It was rather more harder as in those days there were no support of electrical as well as electronic gadgets that at present times have placed our life in a comfort zone. People had to work harder as all work was done manually and through out the day to get agricultural benefits from a portion of land as compared today’s facilitated life style equipped with all kinds of electronic gadgets that not only makes work easy but quick also.

But in those time people were also at advantage. As per their rigorous and tedious work, they used to eat healthy and more of a natural food that supported them and also their body. People used to eat healthy as all kind of nutritious food was available and no junk food was their that is the root cause of to basically damage the body of the individuals. People were well built, had a strong immunity, physically strong and lastly mentally fit. Obesity was not a problem in those days. As people worked and ate therefore there was no means by which fats could get deposited in their body. Contrary to today people are by enlarged have become lazy, fatty and dull. They don’t want to do any work especially when we consider physical work. They rather want to sit and enjoy life by eating and doing all those things that ultimately costs their dear health. It is now in front of us that how much our lives have become dependent on the superficial things. Our life is just revolving around eating tongue appealing food and attaining a comforts zone for our greedy body. It must be termed as a blessing for humans’ desire that even our work form has tremendously changed from being a physically tiring regimen in the fields to a crimpled and lazy life style on a chair in front of a think pad (laptop). This is a fact that has to be accepted that we have become so greedy in attain comforts that we search reasons to avoid doing any kind of physical work.
