Use of Natural Lubricants

A teaspoon of Isabghole Husk taken with warm milk daily before going to bed at night helps in the softening of the stool and easy discharge without pain.

Triphala taken at bed time also produces similar effects on the bowl movement.

Precautions

When a patient is undergoing Ayurvedic remedies for piles, he has to adhere to certain precautions for maximum benefit. This includes, refraining from harsh physical activities and so on. Patients should not indulge in too much of sexual activities nor should they suppress the passing of stool.
