Shea butter
Obtained from the Shea fruit kernel, shea butter is an excellent emollient and highly protective against harsh weather conditions. It contains vitamins A and E, has anti-inflammatory properties and some natural UV protection. Shea butter is very hydrating and soothing, leaving the skin soft and supple. It also stimulates the circulation in the skin, as well as repairing and re-oxygenating the skin.

Cocoa butter
Used as an emollient and lubricant. Softens and protects the dry skin.

Sweet almond oil
Good emollient to help skin re-balance its loss and absorption of moisture, high in mineral, protein and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.

Beeswax
Used as an emulsifier in cosmetic preparations. Also regulates the consistency of formulations. When applied to the skin, beeswax forms a network film rather than an occlusive film.

Vitamin E
Anti-oxidant properties trapping free radicals that cause skin damage and pre-mature ageing.

Australian organic pure white clay
A fine clay recommended for sensitive skin. Helps to detoxify by drawing out free radicals and trapping them within the clay.

Geranium
Antiseptic, astringent and healing properties, it helps regulate sebum production.

Lemon
Antiseptic, astringent, wound-healing and mild circulatory properties, cleansing, and refreshing.

Australian Sandalwood
Hydrating, encourages the retention of moisture within the skin layers, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, helps with the treatment of acne, oily skin and wounds.

Tea tree
Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-septic properties.

Patchouli
Used as a remedy for dry skin, wrinkles, dandruff, oily skin and scalp, fungal infections, and insect bites.

Apply a small amount to lips as and when required for added moisturise and protection.
