1. BATHS
Add a spoonful of honey to the bath, it will not only relieve tiredness and sleeplessness but will also leave the skin feeling smooth and satiny.
Two handfuls of Epsom salt added to a bucket of the bath water relieve tiredness.
2. BODY LOTIONS
Mix together three tablespoons of rose water, one-tablespoon glycerine and two tablespoons of limejuice. Use this mixture after the bath if suffering from dry skin. Store the lotion in a refrigerator.
Dissolve one-teaspoon borax in one-cup rose water, and then slowly add two tablespoons of warmed olive oil, beating constantly. When all the oil has been added to the water and it forms an emulsion, add lavender water. Let this stand for an hour and then strain and use the lotion.
