Diabetes Treatment: Home Remedies for Diabetes

Diabetes is an ailment in which blood glucose, or sugar levels become high. Sugar in your blood, called glucose, comes from two major basis: the food you eat and your liver.

This sugar is important to your health because it is the main basis of energy for cells that make your muscles and tissues. The harmone insulin comes from tiny cells in your pancreas called beta cells. By allowing sugar into your cell insulin lowers the amount of sugar in your bloodstream and avoids it from reaching high levels.

Type 1 diabetes develops when your pancreas makes little if any insulin. Without insulin circulating in your bloodstream, sugar can’t get into your cells, so it remains in your blood. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease, meaning that your own immune system is culprit. Type 1 diabetes can smolder and stay hidden for several years.

Type 2 diabetes is not an autoimmune ailment. With type 2 diabetes pancreas makes at least some insulin, but one or two other problems develop:
Pancreas doesn’t make enough insulin and muscle and tissues cells become resistant to insulin

Home remedies for Diabetes

1. Stay away from alcohol (including beer, gin, wines and whisky).

2.. Take juice of bilva and parijataka leaves in identical parts for natural remedy of diabetes. Take two teaspoons of it two times in a day.

3. Take two teaspoons of crushed Fenugreek seeds with milk. Two teaspoons of the seeds can also be consumed whole, daily. .

4. Boil 15-20 Mango leaves (only fresh leaves) in 1 glass of water and leave it in the night. Filter this water and drink it first in the morning time.

5. Avoid infections, burns and injuries as they develop ketosis in such worrying circumstances.

6. Take 400 mcg. a day of chromium picolinate makes insulin more proficient helping keep sugar level small. Chromium maintains stable blood sugar levels through proper insulin consumption and can be cooperative for people with diabetes and/or hypoglycemia.

7. Take abundance of potassium and vitamins C, E, and B-complex.

8. Eat 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves each morning for three months. It avoids diabetes due to genetic factors. It also treats diabetes due to obesity
