Effective diabetic-management requires a healthy regular lifestyle which should include a regular balanced diet, regular exercise and sensible weight control.

• Consume fresh fruit and vegetables at least 5 exchange/ day

Diabetes diet should always be combined with the increased activity level and a strict regime. You are recommended to do some exercise daily as it will promote your weight loss and at the same time steady the glucose levels in the blood.
