One has to be active and perform light exercise daily. Lazy life style, junk foods, cheese, oily food and buttery foods are to be avoided. Immediately going to bed after having meals and irregular interval between two meals are to be avoided. Incompatible food like honey with butter or ghee, radish with milk etc give rise to aama and hence the bad cholesterol.
Regular check up of blood – haemogram is strictly to be followed. The people who are at risk as described earlier should restrict food as advised here.
