As described earlier, increase the fiber diet. This really helps regulating bowel movements. Adding milk with plantain definitely helps. Vegetables like radish, coriander, cabbage, mints, bhajis (Indian leafy vegetables) are beneficial. One should also increase salads. Tomatoes and vegetables or fruits containing water like water-melons, mangoes, cucumber etc are good to have. Try to restrict your non-vegetarian diet, breads, pizzas, burgers etc. They may see good but equally falls like hammer to your digestive system.
