CORRECTING THE NOSE AND CHIN WITH FOUNDATION

CORRECTING THE NOSE

TO SLIM DOWN A BROAD NOSE

  1. Put the matching shade all over the face
  2. Put the darker shade on the places you want to camouflage, eg: the sides of a broad nose.
  3. Blend the edges of the dark foundation with the fingers so that no patches, streaks or lines show.

TO SHORTEN A LONG NOSE:

  1. Put the matching shade of foundation all over the face
  2. Apply a darker shade of foundation just under the tip of the nose blending around half the nostril. Don’t use it on the tip of your nose.
  3. Blend the edges of the dark foundation with the fingers so that no patches, streaks or lines show.

TO WIDEN A THIN NOSE:

  1. Put the matching shade of foundation all over the face.
  2. Draw a straight line down the centre of the nose with a shade darker than yours and blend. Don’t use it under the nose tip.
  3. Blend the edges of the dark foundation with the fingers so that no patches, streaks or lines show

FOR A SHORT NOSE :

To emphasize a short nose apply pale makeup along the top of the nose along its whole length.

FOR A NARROW NOSE:

For a narrow nose apply a bright foundation on each side.

FOR A CROOKED NOSE :

For a crooked nose, cover the crooked side with a dark foundation and the opposite side with a light foundation

CORRECTING THE CHIN

Here again, playing with colours, you can balance other features of your face.

A PROMINENT CHIN :This can be corrected by applying dark foundation on the tip of the chin.

A DOUBLE CHIN : This can be corrected by putting a dark foundation on the double chin.
