Fresh vegetables and salads should be included in your daily diet. They contain all the essential minerals and vitamins which help to keep your heart healthy. Add color to your palette by eating different colored vegetables, such as broccoli, baby corns, red, green and yellow bell peppers, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, carrot etc. to obtain all types of vitamins from them.
