Taking bath in oatmeal is an excellent way to tackle blisters and soothe and reduce the discomfort. There are various bathing procedures to relieve the patient from itchiness. One such effective way is to add vinegar in bath water. In lukewarm bathwater, add ½ cup brown vinegar. It will not only reduce itching but also heal the rashes quickly. In the same way baking soda in the bath water minimizes the discomfort faster.
Another excellent way to relieve itching is applying sandalwood oil on the rashes. It will also prevent the skin from getting scarred. Boil a cup of water and steep 1 teaspoon of hazel leaves and 2 tablespoons of Marigold flower and leave overnight.

Applying boiled green peas after making paste gives relief from itching. Application of vitamin E on the rashes brings relief and also prevents scarring.
