HOW DOED FOUNDATION HELP ?
Your skin is not all of the same color tone. Foundation does so much, so well. It evens out your complexion, makes flaws seem to disappear, making you look better. Some say foundation harms the skin by logging the pores. On the contrary, it may be good for your skin by protecting it from the sun and harsh weather conditions.
In foundation, there is a light variety for the every day sheer, shine free look and a rich creamy variety for the radiant, formal evening look.
Remember it to apply it over moisturizer for easy spreading and blending. |
FOUNDATION FOR PROMINENT MARKS:
To conceal a prominent mark or a pimple on your face, dab a little extra foundation on that mark.
Press lightly with a finger. Do not try to blend by separating the foundation, it will show up again. Just press lightly till dry.
HOW TO APPLY FOUNDATION
Foundation is always applied downwards, to minimize the impact of facial hair.
- Take out a small blob of foundation on the palm of your hand. As foundation dries up fast, dot foundation section by section on the face.
- Start by dotting on the forehead and blend well with a damp sponge on fingers before moving on.
- Now do it on your cheeks, then chin, nose and upper neck.
TIP:
You may dilute the foundation by adding some astringent, toner or even water; so that it's sheer enough to let your skin show through...it looks more natural if applied like this.
