First of all, keep your feet clean. Wash them at least twice a day – in the morning and the moment you reach home from your workplace. It is a good practice to wash feet before going to sleep. If it is a winter season, try to use warm water to wash your feet.

You have to be all the more cautious, if it is rainy season. This is the time, when your feet can pick up different sorts of unwanted particles and germs. If these elements are not washed off soon, they invite various types of infections, and you are soon surrounded by a host of troubles.

You have to ensure that you are keeping your feet clean and dry. Rainwater is your biggest enemy. Even in winter season, there can be rains, and you have to prevent your feet from it.

You can think of using talcum powder before wearing shoes. The ultimate objective is to keep your feet free from unwanted moisture, and prevent infections. Also, make sure that you are not using foot wear that is not allowing your feet to breath.
