In this case, you can have smaller meals that won’t put pressure on your stomach and your digestion system. Taking large and heavy meals often result in protuberance of stomach. That is why, you have to change your eating habits in order to bring your stomach in good shape. Taking five to six small meals in a day can be a good idea for you.

Another important aspect of eating food is about how you eat it. While most people focus on what they eat, they often forget how they eat. Eating in a hurried manner is not good for your body in many ways, and that is why it is always advisable to east your food in a slow and steady manner.

Ancient health care systems always said that eat you food as if you have to drink it. That means, you should chew it to the maximum possible level and then swallow it. This small tip goes in the long run.

Besides, if you are not able to exercise in a planned regime, try to take a short and brisk walk every day. This will help you in maintaining good health. Last but not the least, avoid animal fat and dairy products.
