Most of us lack energy when it comes to performing a strenuous work. Today, even young kids are lethargic and gets tired quickly after playing for some time. It is important that you have proper strength and immunity so that you can perform any type of work anytime. Most of the kids are not able to stand for more than 15 minutes. It is a trend among youngsters to eat pizza, burger, pasta and other junk food all the time. The junk food may be tasty but it does not provide our body with any kind of nutrition. It only provides excess of carbohydrates and fats to our body.

A person living on junk food gets fat with time but lacks strength and stamina. It is important that you provide your body with proper nutrition and health so that it can work properly. Nutritional food consists of raw fruits and vegetables.

If you are not overweight but still lack power and energy then you should consume more amounts of milk. Milk is a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals. It is rich in calcium and phosphorous.

Calcium helps in keeping your bones in shapes. It provides them internal strength. You should also take more amounts of proteins. Proteins are healthy for your body. It helps to grow your muscles.

Make sure you do not boil or fry the vegetables and try to eat them raw. When you boil and fry the vegetables it loses half of its nutritional value. The quality and quantity both are reduced. This further keeps your body under nutrition and does not fulfil deficiencies. Start eating healthy food to boost your body with power and energy so that it can work efficiently.
