Always remember to change your levels of intensity after a period of time. Your body develops resistance against different exercise regimens and then you do not get any results. It is important that you change your exercise pattern, at least once every quarter of year. This will help you in ensuring progress and avoiding stagnancy, which is also a major reason of why people leave exercising.
Diet and rest are the two critical pillars for the success of your weight loss plans. Do not skip meals after exercise. This will not help in losing weight.
