Causes and Prevention for Wrinkles Problem

Generally, we can find wrinkles and fine lines appearing on our skin as we grow old. So, age is the basic factor that leads to development of wrinkles and fine lines. However, there are few more reasons which makes this process of wrinkled appearing on our skin a faster than the normal process of getting the wrinkles with the age.

One of the main factors that leads to this problem is the environment. So the enriornmental factors such as pollution, heavy winds, sun burn or ultraviolet rays can deteriorate the skin faster which ultimately leads to skin sagging and breaking down, hence wrinkles start developing on skin.

Another factor is the skin moisture. If the skin happens to lose the moisture due to whatsoever reasons, then it makes the skin dry. This increases the probability of development of wrinkles and fine lines.

Collagen plays an important role in skin growth and firmness. This is produced naturally by the healthy body. Since, with the age, this process becomes a little slower and the overall available content is not suufficient for ths skin, then this also results into skin losing firmness which means more and more wrinkles.

Another common reason which we can find in most of people who smoke tobacco or toxins. The tobacco or toxins present in cigarettes makes the deterioration of skin faster which ultimately leads to wrinkles specially around the mouth and eyes.

So based on the above causes for wrinkles, the best course of action is to somehow slow down the process of development of wrinkles by giving skin the enough care and nourishment. It is essential to prevent the skin exposure to UV rays from sun. This can be done by using sun screen products regulalry specially when you are going out during summers when the sun is at its peak in terms of heat and UV rays generation.

Another way to prevent this problem is to keep the skin clean always. Take a bath twice during summer with cold water and try washing your face and hands frequently with cold water specially whenever you are coming from outside. This will help keep the skin in healthy state and hence will slow down the process of wrinkles appearing on skin.

Water being the best solution for any skin problems, it is advised to drink plenty of water throughout the day so as to prevent the body from getting dehydrated. This will help not only by slowing down this process of development of wrinkles but also will keep the skin as healthy, firm and good looking.
