Causes and Treatment of Arthritis

Arthritis is a condition causing chronic joint inflammation, mostly evidenced in older adults. The three most common types of Arthritis are Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Gout.

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disorder usually found in older adults (over the age of 40). It causes the bones to rub into each other and is extremely painful.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid Arthritis damages joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and tissues. It generally strikes people of any age.

Gout

Gout is caused by uric acid gathering in the system and forming crystals. The crystals cause intense pain in different parts of the body.

Causes of Arthritis

• Joint injuries – caused by extreme physical activity, sports, and obesity
• Hormones – affect woman during menopause and sometimes contribute to arthritis
• Deficiencies in essential fatty acids
• Allergies to certain foods (especially animal products)
• Damp environmental conditions
• Stress

Healthful Diet

Raw vegetable juice taken three times per day for seven days is a great diet to follow when one has arthritis. It should be followed by a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. The vegetable juice diet can be repeated once every 2 months as needed for arthritis pain.

Another therapeutic diet is the banana diet, which simply consists of eating 8 or 9 bananas per day for 3 days.

Remedies

Garlic – cooked or raw, Castor oil – boil 2 tablespoons of castor oil, pour it into Orange Juice, then drink it with breakfast, Warm olive oil – effectively reduces arthritis pain, Omega 3 fatty acids, Enemas can be used to effectively clean out the bowels, Epsom Salt Baths, Calcium lactate – 2 teaspoons taken 3 times per day, Calcium supplements.

Sesame Seeds – mix black sesame seeds with water, let them sit overnight, then drink it the next morning, Fresh raw potato juice – mix potato juice with water, let it sit overnight, then drink it the next morning, Juniper Oil, Cinnamon powder with honey.
