Just go ahead with fish oil that is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and it will be beneficial for your health all the way. Avoid taking dairy products with concentrated saturated fats, especially the fat, which is manufactured artificially.

You can find several packaged foods that are mixed with animal fat. You can take a look at the ingredients of such foods. Do not deprive your body with unsaturated fat, as they are helpful in producing body cells and protecting your body organs.
