If you can go for green leafy vegetables, there is nothing better than that. A pregnant lady is expected to eat more of fresh vegetable salad, and fruits as well.
On the other hand, you are supposed to avoid digestion related problems during pregnancy. Constipation can turn out to be a matter of concern, and you have to avoid it, in all possible ways.
