For instance, you can balance your mental and physical labour, and adopt a healthy regimen. You can always control the intake of heavy, oily and sweet food items.

Try to do some light exercises in the morning for about half an hour, or take a walk of one or two kilometres every day. Do not skip meals, and develop a schedule for your meals.
