Always use smooth cloth for wiping your skin as rough cloth can increase the severity of the problem. Massage your skin gently with baby oil. This will help to smooth your skin. Always use neutral PH products on your skin so that the ph balance is not further damaged. Use of a gentle nourishing cream will also help. Avoid harsh chemicals on skin.

A balance nutritious diet also helps to get rid of dryness, as it will make your skin healthy. Healthy skin faces fewer problems. Orange and yellow vegetables like carrot are good antioxidant. They give a new lease of life to skin and make them supple.

Avoid junk food as they make you unhealthy and result shows on your skin, as its ph gets imbalanced. This causes dryness on skin. Drink a lot of water, it cleans your system and keeps skin glowing and smooth. Regular exercising also helps as it makes you fit and maintains balance in your system so ph of skin remains balanced.
