Symptoms of high blood pressure often go unnoticed in the beginning. These symptoms are either so mild or often taken as disorders that anyone comes across during the general course of life. The condition of high blood pressure is also called hypertension, in medical terminology. It is often feared that the condition of high blood pressure often remains undiagnosed and the patient remains at a high risk – even life threatening.

This is why, it becomes critical that each one of us should be aware of the early symptoms of high blood pressure, and report them to the doctors or health experts without any delays.

First of all, we have to understand that the condition of high blood pressure is closely related with some conditions. Being overweight or obese is one such primary condition. So, people under this category should be observant of high blood pressure symptoms, and they are supposed to undergo regular health check-ups, preferably every month.

Many times, people just tend to skip their health check-ups when they feel that they are absolutely fine and does not require health check-up. As we said, high blood pressure symptoms can be very mild, and they can come to fore only when you go through a systematic health check-up, you are expected to not to skip them.

The second category of people more prone to high blood pressure consists of people over 40 years of age. The symptoms of high blood pressure can be like frequent headaches or migraine. One may also feel dizziness, and there may be some blurredness in vision.

There may be an incident of nosebleed without any particular reason, that means without any injury or physical exertion. The symptoms of headache is often taken as a normal thing and people take it on its stride.

They just take some painkillers at the first moment, and keep taking every second day. This aggravates the situation even more as a regular intake of painkillers being other kinds of side effects.

Furthermore, the third category of people prone to high blood pressure is formed by people suffering from diabetes, and people who have family history of diabetes or high blood pressure.
