Diet: Besides lemon, ensure that you take sufficient amount of Vitamin C. Seabuckthorn, orange, kiwifruit, guava, lychee, mango and blackberry are some of the fruits that are very rich in Vitamin C and are also quite delicious – you won’t mind consuming them more often.
