Having passed your school days, you are the one who is young, energetic and ready to take full control of your life. The time of entering into teenage is really exciting but equally worrisome for many. This is the time when you are most prone to disorders such as acne.

This is critical for youngsters who remain outdoors for whatever reasons – sports, shopping, partying, riding, etc.
On the other hand, you can also try some home preparations to keep your skin healthy and free from all ailments. You can arrange for some sandalwood powder and apply it on your face after making its paste mixed up with lemon juice or curd. Since milk is a natural cleanser, you can apply plain milk on your face using cotton.
This will be especially useful before you go to sleep, and you may also find your skin becoming white and clear than before. Along with this you have to keep supplying your body with Vitamin C, in order to produce enough of collagen and help it fight with free radicals, and as you know all citrus fruits are quite rich in that. They include oranges, lemon juice, etc.
