After doing the workouts, we must feed our muscles with the essential nutrients especially amino acids, which are the major building blocks of our muscles and they enhance our muscle mass growth very quickly.

The incorporation of proper weight routines along with rest and recuperation is a major plus. We should at the same time maintain a balanced diet plan and also follow it regularly. The muscle will begin to grow only during sleep at which the Growth hormone (GH) will work on the muscles and then increase the cells. The muscles will be broken during stress applied by the workouts and when GH reacts, they divide and split into smaller muscles groups and start to grow in size, which can increase the lean muscle mass.
