First and foremost is that you drink lot of plain water, once you get up in the morning. Do this the moment you wake up, and then proceed with the routine acts. Then, you have to ensure that you drink eight to ten glasses of water during the day.
When you reach your office and continue to work on your computer for long hours, you have to take care of certain things. Do not stare on the computer screen but keep on moving your eyes off the screen in the middle.
After every hour, close your eyes tightly and open them slowly. Do this for three to four times. This will take a couple of minutes but will go very positive in the long run.
