Handling Acne Without Losing Patience

Acne is a common skin disorder but gives sleepless nights to countless youngsters. This inflammatory skin disorder makes its way from the root of the hair follicles and then spread across the face.

This becomes a major issue with teenagers who are all set to enter their college life and want to look at their best. Acne plays a spoilsport and become a cause of loss in one’s esteem and overall personality.

There is no immediate remedy for this disorder, no matter how advanced treatment one opts for. It takes a considerable time to remove acne from its roots, and this is where teenagers lose their patience. Many times, the problem worsens due to desperation wherein people rush for different types of treatments and even follow some nasty advices.

Well, remember that the first thing you have to take care after getting acne is to control its spread. Avoid any temptation to touch your face again and again, and especially the acne affected area.

The same stands for handkerchiefs and napkins as well. Try to use fresh napkins all the time and keeping along some paper napkins is a good idea.

In the meantime, you can start with the treatment. Ayurveda also offers some very effective treatment for acne. However, along with following any remedial measures, you have to identify the food or other factors that does not suit to your body. There must be certain elements that resulted in acne and have potential to trigger it furthermore. Therefore, just observe on this aspect.

In order to keep your face germ free, you can opt for washing your face with buttermilk twice a day. Doing it more than this is up to you but you have to decide you are not overdoing it.

There are several types of pastes, which you can prepare using some herbs and other material always available at your home. For instance, you can take mustard seed powder and mix it up with crushed orange peel and buchanania latifolia. After mixing this paste well, you can apply this paste on your face once a day. You can wash it off with plain water once it dries up.
