In order to better utilise it, you can chop goldenseal rots and boil them up with some water. If you are taking one cup of water, you have to take two cups full of chopped goldenseal.

Once you mix goldenseal with hot water, add some stuff, in order to make it full-proof. It is advisable that you arrange for some tea tree oil. This oil is easily available in shops selling herbs. Add not more than four drops of this oil in the preparation.

After this, your preparation will be ready for use. Apply this over your scalp for about half an hour and do not cross this period. Do not forget to rinse it off after this period. It is of no use to prolong this time period.

So, just rinse your scalp with plain water. Remember that you are not supposed to use any sort of shampoo or soap for rinsing it off. It can be counter-productive and you may lose all the impact with this. Just use plain water, preferably soft water. If possible, take some mineral water for this purpose.
