Herbal Treatment for Chicken Pox
Usually attacking young children of about 3 or 4 years of age, chicken pox is an extremely infectious viral disease. Although adults may be less prone to getting this disease, when they do, it is often in a much more virulent form.

A peculiarity of the disease is that its common symptoms do not appear until it has reached the contagious stage.
In spite of vaccinations having reduced the frequency of this illness, it has not disappeared altogether. A virus named varicella-zoster is the normal cause of this sickness, and while it cannot be arrested but has to run its course, the associated discomfort which is a result of the itching and irritation can be reduced with some useful home remedies.
