Has bad breath become an unmanageable problem for you? You are surprised and confused that in spite of using all kinds of gums and fresheners, why you are not able to control this problem at all. Till the time, you are chewing those mint flavored gums, everything is okay but when you finish them up, the problem comes back, after a few moments.
Well, you have to understand first that these gums are meant to just suppress the problem in a temporary manner. As you know that bad breath is caused by an unusual formation of bacteria within your mouth, any remedy meant for treating this problem should be able to control formation of bacteria.
However, mouth fresheners or chewing gums are merely the items flavored with artificial elements and are not able to do any good for you. That is why they are not just useful for you.
Rather they bring along several other problems such as problems associated with dry mouth wherein chewing gums take away the natural fluids within your mouth, leaving it dry and prone to formation of more germs.
It is suggested that you follow some remedies that are natural and highly effective in controlling this problem. You won’t have to do any difficult or time taking procedure under this. First, just replace all mint candies with cinnamon and cloves.
Eating a cinnamon on a regular basis not only helps in controlling bad breath to a large extent but also brings the associated benefits. If you do not like the way they taste and are fond of mint flavor, buy some natural mint from the market. This is generally available at stores keeping natural herbs and not any regular chemist or grocery shop.
Since the bacteria causing bad breath resides under the tongue and throat, where your brush cannot reach, you have to control eating oily and spicy food stuff to prevent its formation. To clear up the throat, gargle with plain water mixed with salt.
If you want to make it further effective, mix some fresh lime juice in the water and gargle. Both these remedies will not only remove all bacteria from your mouth but also prevent all throat related infections.
