You can start by consuming total three glasses of water in morning. The water will keep your body fresh and active. It will keep the intestine working properly.

Exercise is very helpful in keeping you fit and fine in the long run. When you exercise the blood flow inside the body is improved. The improved blood flow helps to make the digestive system work properly. With an improved flow of blood the nutrients are also transported in a proportionate way.
