How To Lose Weight Rapidly?




Excess weight can not only make you look and feel unattractive, but is also your gateway to numerous health hazards. There are various techniques that may promise to help you shed those extra pounds at the snap of your fingers, but let me tell you that no such thing called overnight weight loss exists.

You need to understand that you have piled on all that unwanted fat gradually and you can get rid of it only if you promise  to stick to a well controlled exercise and diet regime.

You also need to understand that all those crash diet courses and fast weight loss programs are not always healthy and can result in a number of health complications in the long run.

Lose weight rapidly and successfully:
The key to losing weight rapidly and effectively lies in self-introspection. If something worked for your best friend, it is not necessary that it will help you get back in shape as well. You first need to consider your body type and weight- are you simply a few ounces above your recommended body weight or are you grossly overweight?

Once you have figured this out, the best way for you to begin your weight reduction program is by consulting a good dietician who can guide you on what to eat and what to discard from your diet. If you are looking to cut down on all that flab hanging around you, you must embark on consuming a well balanced low calorie diet.

Eat loads of fresh fruits and vegetables for starters with the exception of bananas and mangoes. Raw fruits and veggies not only supply your body with the much needed vitamins and minerals but also keep you hydrated. They are also great sources of fiber and enhance metabolism.

The principle of losing weight lies in eating a heavy breakfast, not so heavy lunch and light dinner. Make sure that you eat your dinner at least 2 hours prior to hitting the bed.

You must include loads of whole grains in your breakfast and cut down on all those deep fried foods that tend to increase the fat reserves of the body. All forms of junk food such as french fries, burgers, pizzas and hot dogs should be eliminated from the diet.

Red meat should be replaced by chicken or fish and all forms of chocolates, candies, nuts, pickled, fermented and grilled food should be discarded from your platter.

If you are looking to get back in shape quickly, you must start exercising. This not only helps bust stress and improves the overall functioning f your joints, but is also great for burning all those piled up calories.

Walking is considered to be the best from of exercise for losing weight followed by swimming, cycling and jogging. Try a hand at outdoor games such as badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball etc. or simply perform aerobics or fitness ball exercises.
