While having yellow teeth may not be an issue with many, it can be a big turn-off for a large number of people. You might start feeling unconfident of yourself because of yellow teeth and often wonder on white sparkling teeth of your friends and colleagues.

So, what should you do in order to find a doable solution? Well, before talking about the cure, you must first understand the reason of yellowing teeth. In most of the cases, you can easily prevent teeth yellowing. Below are some of the points you can keep under consideration.

Your teeth are made up of four different types of tissues. Whenever you eat or drink something, a layer of film starts developing on your teeth. Now it is rare that you brush your teeth more than twice a day. Even a large number of people brush in the morning only.

In this case, this layer would gain time to establish over your teeth. Well, you are not expected to brush your teeth each time you consume something. Although you can always try to have a mouth wash soon after you eat some snacks in the office or under any similar situations.

Drinks such as coffee and tea are one of the highly responsible factors for teeth yellowing. Many people have habit to have these drinks piping hot.

Always remember that this way you are not only increasing the chances of teeth yellowing but damaging your teeth. Try that the tea, coffee, soup or any such drinks are not too hot. You may be liking it a lot but that is not in the favour of your overall health.

The same principle applies on soft and hard drinks as well. Take enough of care that you are not going to consume a drink too cold. In summers, people enjoy this but that short term enjoyment may turn out a cause of pain in the long run.

Also, instead of sweet tooth pastes, try for herbal toothpaste easily available in the markets these days. Another small but important practice is that you need to change your brush once in 2-3 months. You can consider changing it before this period also but try not to extend it above 3 months.
