When you do not feed your body with requisite amount of nutrition it suffers from deficiency. The deficiency of nutrition can also make your gums unhealthy and weak. This will further affect your teeth.

Some natural ways can help you avoid dental related problems and can keep you fit. The first thing is to consume healthy food. This will keep your body fit and teeth strong and healthy.

You can prepare your own tooth paste at home. Table salt is known to be the best toothpaste. Whenever you run out of toothpaste you can sue table salt to clean your teeth. Table salt acts a natural scrubber and also cleans your teeth properly.

Baking powder is also a great cleansing agent. You can rub baking powder on your teeth after brushing. It will help in whitening the teeth and will also kill the germs. Visiting your dentist regularly is also important to keep your teeth strong and healthy. Your dentist will help you to get rid of any previous cavities or gums related issues.
