Eat your meals in a new location and avoid sitting in the smoker’s zone in restaurants. Brush your teeth straight after eating. When in office, avoid going to the smoker’s lounge and have your car cleaned once you have quit smoking. Do not socialize with friends who smoke. Let your friends know that you have quit and avoid drinking too much alcohol as it may weaken your resolve.
