Low blood pressure in scientific terminology is known as hypertension and is a condition of force of the blood inside the arteries. This ailment develops when the force of the blood is peculiarly low against the wall of arteries.
How low blood pressure is monitored?
In general, BP is monitored by systolic force above the diastolic force. Blood pressure having a measurement of ninety by sixty is considered normal and healthy. But if the measurement is below that it is called Low Blood Pressure.

• SYSTOLIC FORCE
It is a condition (blood pressure) in which heart contracts.
• DIASTOLIC FORCE
It is a condition in which heart is in a state of relaxation as well as extension.

People suffering from low blood pressure may feel giddiness and in extreme cases may also faint since the course of the blood to vital parts of the body gets scarce.
1. Excessive sweating which in turn can cause severe dehydration (loss of water).
2. If you are taking any other medicines, that can also cause low BP problem.
3. Any sought of infectivity.
4. People who are suffering from heart ailments or ladies who are pregnant suffer from this condition.
Remedies of low blood pressure
1. Take seven to ten pieces of almonds and marinate them in water. Leave it for one night. After that take out their skin and crush them so as to make their thick paste. Put the paste in warm milk and drink it.
2. Take twenty leaves of basil plant and grind them. Tie them in a cloth. Leave it overnight. When you get up in the morning, take one small spoon of honey along with basil leaves empty stomach.
3. Increase your intake of water so as to maintain the balance of water in your body. Try to keep away from drinking alcohol.
4. If you are in a mood of relaxation, then rise very gradually so that the body can fine-tune itself with the change in force.
