How You Can Avoid Migraine Attacks




Migraines become unmanageable and unbearable, for most of the people. The worst thing that it can happen anytime and anywhere – You might be in the middle of your business presentation or a social gathering. These food items include coffee, butter, meat, chicken livers, ripe banana, nuts, and food items containing sodium nitrate, and benzoic acids. It is always good to take light, vegetarian and nutritious food to avoid migraine.
