Vitamin A

Vitamin D
Vitamin D is essential for developing skin cells. It helps in calcium absorption. Vitamin D is well known to moisturize and condition the skin. It also induces normal development of tissue. Vitamin D food sources are: egg yolk, salmon, liver, fortified milk.

Vitamin E
An extremely stable antioxidant, Vitamin E is necessary for the growth of healthy tissue. The benefits of Vitamin E have been known to moisturize & condition the skin, heal burns, bruises, inflammation, etc. It prevents cell damage by the inhibiting free radicals and the oxidation of fats.
