Process: Always focus on what you want to remember. Keep remembering them time and again. Process your thought and manage them accordingly.

Connect: We tend to remember things, which have some connection with the other things. Link one thing with such a other thing which can be remembered easily. For example, if you have a plan to pick day-to-day grocery items from grocery shop then go from one room to another. For example, first go to the kitchen, then move to the bedroom, and at last enter the toilet to find the items are required to be bought. Connect one thing with another and then try to remember them.

Personalize: Few events or dates can be remembered if there is any personal situation is involved. For example, if you want to remember someone’s birthday and you’re good at numerology and sun sign analysis then you should remember the number he/she belongs to and his/her sun sign. This way remembering his/her birthday would be easier.

Visualize: When you’re running your brain to recall something, then you can make some visual image of this particular thing. This process will help you to remember anything you don’t want to forget.

Acronym: Remember the acronym or short form or initials to recall the whole thing. This process will help you to remember things quickly and easily.

Keep record: Always keep a note of what you want to remember. Writing down things or listing items that you don’t want to forget will be one of the best techniques to improve memory.

Organize: Keeping things at place where it should be always make your task easy. Thus, manage or organize things in order so that you don’t find it difficult to remember while it is required.

Rhyme: To remember things, you can make funny rhymes and interesting songs. Singing your important appointments or doctor visit will be fun filled too.

Positive attitude: Your attitude towards particular issue always determines what you achieve in your life. If you doubt that you have poor memory then remembering things would be more than a magic for you.
