Lord Krishna has said “you become what you follow.” Therefore, follow the regular practice of yoga and yogic kriyas. For practitioners of yoga, the glow is a reflection of the energy they interact with.

Yoga considers physical body as the last layer. Therefore, we do not see the results immediately. It takes time to connect with Mother Nature and positive vibes in the environment.

Changes are often visible from outer layer, which is often termed as aura. The more you practice it, the more it becomes visible in your outer circle around you. Regular practice of yoga not only cleanses the mind, but also purifies the environment around you. Then it becomes physically visible.

You can cure all types of skin problems through the use of different plants like aloe vera, neem, tulsi, etc. These plants with many others can be applied directly to skin and can also be taken orally to keep away the impurities.

To treat acne, apply two table spoon of fresh tulsi juice on affected areas for thirty minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Try this for a week to see the difference.

You can also apply almond pack wherein you soak four to five almonds overnight in raw milk and grind it in morning with few strands of saffron. Apply it and let it dry and then rinse it off. Do this for a week to get the natural, vibrant inner glow on your face.
