However, unplanned dieting and excessive exercising also won’t serve your purpose here. You are required to understand that you want to lose extra weight and not your strength, which may further influence your overall body immune system.
Just sit down for a while and think about your objectives and plan to reduce weight. It requires some retrospection as to what you were doing in the past that led to the present condition.
No surprise if you regret that why did you take so much of butter and cheese everyday. The moment you enter your college canteen, you used to start stuffing your stomach with pizzas, burgers, cold drinks, thick shakes and coffees. If it was so, you are required to cut down on this. In fact, you would be required to gradually replace colas with fruit juices, and pizzas with salads.
Never ever stop taking food at all. Your body cannot take this sudden change in diet patterns and you get yourself high on the risk of many problems related with digestion, fatigue, weakness, and your overall well being.
