But it is mandatory for a woman with postpartum depression that they should take sound sleep at least during the hour of 10p.m. to 2a.m. Your partner should take care of your baby at that period. Researches have shown women who take good night sleep are at milder risk of postpartum depression.
Antidepressants: If you can take few antidepressant after consulting your doctor during the time pf pregnancy then risk of postpartum depression is less.
Join support group: Take help of some support group so that they can guide you to get rid of this problem
Discuss problem: Discuss your problem and situation with those women who have already gone through the same situation.
