Natural Treatment For Brown Spots
Brown spots are generally associated with rising age, and people over 50 years of age are more prone to them. They are seen as a normal part of the aging process, just like wrinkles, and skin discoloration.
Brown spots have been given different names, and are also called as dark spots, liver spots, freckles, and sunspots. However, the one thing that is identical is their colour i.e. brown. They are generally round in shape and are flat.
In most cases, brown spots are harmless, but obviously no one would like to have them on their face. There are many young people who get these spots because of the various reasons, including excessive exposure to sun, or too much of stress in their lives.
While there are reasons for which one is responsible himself, there are many that are inherent, and one does not have much of control on them. For instance, some people are genetically prone to brown spots. Their bodies may be producing more of melanin, a fluid responsible for many types of skin problems.
The pigment of melanin is a prime cause of brown spots in people of all age groups. It is due to this pigment that your hair and iris get their colour, but if your body starts producing them in excessive amount, you are likely to suffer from problems including sunspots, so on and so forth.
As a matter of fact, you are expected to bleach your skin to get rid of brown spots. It is advisable that instead of using chemical agents for bleaching, you use more of natural substances.
Lemon and milk are very effective natural bleaches. You can apply plain and fresh lemon juice on your skin on a daily basis – without any concern of side effects. If you feel any itching on your skin because of lemon juice, you can go for milk.
You can apply them before going to the bed, but do not forget to wash off your face before sleeping. Applying lemon juice or milk for 15-20 minutes is okay, and can bring in lots of good effects.
