Whenever you catch common cold and flu it is important that you start taking healthy diets that is rich in fruits and vegetables. You should stay away from refrigerated and processed food as it will make you more prone to sickness.

Take half kg of spinach and add 250 grams of turnips, 75 grams of coriander leaves and 250 grams of tomatoes. Boil all these vegetables in water until it evaporates to half of its original quantity. It is food that is not only rich in various vitamins and nutrients but will also increase resistance of your immune system if consumed thrice a day for a week.
