Intestinal worms are parasites found in the intestinal tract affecting the host by way of depleting all the nutrients before it could reach the blood stream of the host. Consume a tbsp of fresh coconut powder along with the breakfast. Mix 20 milliliter of castor oil with 150 milliliter lukewarm milk and give this concoction to the children 3 hours after the breakfast.

This will flush out the worms gradually if this routine is followed on a regular basis. Intake of 2 to 3 fresh garlic cloves empty stomach can quickly kill the worms and expel them from the digestive system.

Carrot is another useful vegetable that could be used to clear the digestive tract of such parasites. Take about one cup of grated carrot on an empty stomach regularly for a week to discharge the parasites from the body.

The child should avoid taking any meal for about two hours. Honey, raw papaya and hot water can be combined in the ratio of 1:1:3 so as to obtain one tbsp of this mixture. Ask the child to have it for 2 continuous days and feel at much ease from the third day onwards.
