Most of us, would generally related arthritis with something very painful. This scares most of people and they don’t even want to remember any kind of experience related to this. Arthritis is a disease related to bone joints. So whenever a person makes movement, joints do move as well and can experience an unbearable pain. It is not always necessary that this problem may attack a person in old age only. It can just affect any one in any age range.
However, the affect is slighlty more experienced when person is of old age for the obvious reasons of their bone have become weak etc. It really makes the day to day life a bit difficult for the people suffering from this disease. For the aged people, it makes the life so difficult that they are not even able to move or even sit properly without feeling pain. Moreover, they feel the unbearable pain when they tend to stand after continous sitting or even change their posture from one to another.
Since, this is a problem related to bone joints, the main causes for this problem could be anything like stiffness in joints, some injury or accident. Stiffness in joints is generally more associated with the elderly people because with the age, their movement gets restricted. They further tend to avoid making moves themselves for the fear that they would feel the unbearable pain. This again results into more stiffness into joints because of lesser movments. This type of symptoms are generally observed by older people either early in the morning or after sitting in same posture for a long time.
Unfortunately, arthritis has not been seen to heal by itself. So, the only choice left is to consult the doctor if you or any one related to you get affected by this painful disease. Doctor, generally , depening upon the conditon, may prescribe medicines and exercises. In the extreme cases, it may require some surgey as well to get rid of the problem.
Doctor may prescribe some X-ray or blood tests to determine the exact cause and severity of the problem and then accordingly can decide on course of treatment best for that person.
