This not only improves blood circulation which is essential for hair growth but also helps distribute the natural oil on your scalp evenly. It is recommended to brush or comb your hair at least twice a day for best results.
Massage: A hot oil massage is one of the best treats for your hair. You can select from an array of oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil or amla oil to massage your scalp.
A hot oil massage improves blood circulation and helps combat dry, frizzy hair and split ends. Gently massage your head in circular motions using your fingertips and wrap a hot towel afterwards for about 15-20 minutes.
Hair masks: Deep nourishment is derived by the application of hair masks. Take a banana and add 1 egg to it along with 1 tbsp honey and olive oil. Apply this on the hair starting from the roots all the way to the ends. Leave on for about half an hour and wash off wish warm water. Follow with a good protein based shampoo.
Take 1 papaya and add an egg to it along with 2 tbsp curd and 1 tbsp almond oil. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add 1 tsp lemon juice to the paste. Apply all over the scalp and hair. Leave it on for 1 hour and wash off with warm water.
